Who you are paying
Lancaster Porch Pumpkins is a Universole LLC brand based in Lancaster, PA. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Receipts come from Universole and your card statement will show UNIVERSOLE. Billing questions go to the contact email in the footer.
Booking
You pick a package and when you want it: the next available spot, installed within 24 hours of booking, or a week later in the season. You pay at checkout and that holds your spot.
What you get
Each package lists an exact count of pumpkins and gourds, and that is what you get. Sizes, colors and shapes vary because they are real pumpkins from real farms. We pick what looks best on your porch.
Every package can be installed by us or dropped at your door for $100 less. Drop-off does not include styling or removal.
Weather
Light rain is fine. If the weather is bad on your day, we move you to the next dry day and email you.
Pumpkins are food
Whole pumpkins last six to ten weeks in fall weather. If one goes soft early, let us know and we swap it. We are not responsible for animals, frost or a hard freeze.
Removal
Removal is included on every package. We come back the week of November 30 to December 6 and take it all. Want it gone earlier? Tell us when you book.
Our guarantee
If you do not like how your porch looks, tell us while we are there and we restyle it until you do. We bring extra pumpkins on every install for exactly this reason. If you are not home when we set up, message us the same day and we come back and adjust it.
Changes and refunds
Booked the next available spot? Cancel any time before we text you our arrival window for a full refund. For a picked week: change your week up to 3 days before delivery at no cost. Cancel 3 or more days before delivery for a full refund. Inside 3 days we have already bought your pumpkins, so we refund half.
Your privacy
We keep your name, address, phone and email to do the job and send your receipt. We do not sell or share them. Payment details go to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
